Priority Response: As a member of our maintenance program (Service Level Agreement (SLA)), you’ll receive priority response in the event of an emergency. Our goal is to get your equipment back up and running as soon as possible, minimizing any impact on your business. Most of the time this can be done remotely by our (LOMS) Lion Operating Management System.

Transparent Reporting: We believe in transparency every step of the way. You’ll receive detailed reports on the maintenance activities performed, as well as recommendations for future improvements.

Maintenance program

We aim to be the first-choice service provider for ship owners, ship and terminal operators and shipbuilders, machine and system owners. We provide the maritime transportation and offshore and cement industries with service solutions and products improving safety, performance and cost efficiency of material handling equipment. Our service network, staffed by specialists, respond rapidly to customer’s needs. We supply original H.W.Carlsen, KINTEC, Ruyter Offshore and KOVAKO spare parts and repair services on a planned schedule, on demand or on an emergency basis. The service offices are assisting in different projects by organising product training, handling spare parts and giving support in technical issues, among other things.

Assigned project leader

A Lion / Ruyter Offshore project leader is the key person responsible for your project objectives. He or she is the customer representative who determines and implements the exact needs of the customer. Our project leaders also have good knowledge of the industry. Each customer has a dedicated project leader assigned to them until the project is completed.

BOSIET certified field engineers

Offshore oil and gas operating companies worldwide seek to ensure that everyone travelling to one of their platforms has completed an appropriate offshore safety and emergency training course first. All Ruyter Offshore / Lion field engineers have completed a training program to meet this offshore safety and emergency response training requirement for personnel in the offshore oil and gas industry (BOSIET).

Emergency services

Clients of Ruyter Offshore receive a special phone number. This phone number gives access to our emergency hotline, which is permanently reachable, 24/7. When one of our systems requires immediate service or when verbal assistance on operating the system is requested, this phone number can be dialed. When your vessel is equipped with a non-Carlsen system, we can also provide immediate assistance. You can request the phone number by e-mailing to ruyteroffshore@lionmarinegroup.com.
